Shoshanna Cogan
Shoshanna Cogan, a Junior Associate with LJS, is an international trainer, coach, and consultant with more than 24 years of experience serving over 22,000 participants as a college educator, professional counselor, program director, and international facilitator. She has led thousands of classes and seminars for universities, non-profit and community-based organizations, government agencies, educators, and business leaders in the USA, Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and Indonesia.
In addition to training and leading teams of other trainers and facilitators, Shoshanna has authored a variety of manuals and curriculum. She is a member of the National Organizational Development Network, American Business Women’s Association, as well as being a frequent international presenter with the International Association of Facilitators, a Certified Conflict Mediator, and a Certified CERT-trained Emergency Responder.
Besides her passion for training, coaching, and facilitation, Shoshanna spent 6 years studying and traveling in the Middle East, South Pacific, Indonesia, Europe, Korea, Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology.
Descended from 8 generations of rabbis, Shoshanna was born in Detroit, MI and now lives with her husband in Vermont. She spends her free time training for sprint triathlons, learning Spanish, and snorkeling around the world. Shoshanna proudly completed the Toronto Marathon with the last 50 runners.
