LJS works with mixed remote and in-person meetings and retreats, with an eye for inclusion and participation. We are skilled at large-group facilitations (over 100 people) as well as more off-site organizational retreats with an emphasis on team-building, resolving internal difficulties, vetting stakeholders, or handling board business. We specialize in facilitating groups where diversity and inclusion, whether around language, region, nationality, job classification, gender, or ethnicity and “race,” are paramount.
