LJS offers team-transformation facilitation services that assist groups to be more connected to their roles, to each other and to the organization.

When teams work well together, it is a pleasure for staff to come to work. Creativity flows and people help each other out when inevitable challenges arise. In our customized team-building programs, LJS draws from a wealth of experiential learning activities or “low ropes course initiatives.” This approach highlights team communication and dynamics in a less-threatening arena that encourages dialogue, reflection and learning.
