This 2-day seminar helps participants rediscover that leadership, while necessary, can be both natural and enjoyable!

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Clarify what leadership is and what it is not.
  • Better understand and reflect upon life experiences that have shaped their relationships to leaders and leadership.
  • Learn to recognize “leadership attacks” as a predictable phenomenon of leadership.
  • Practice skills that enhance leadership support and interrupt the “Isolation-Burnout Cycle” of leadership.
  • Identify the importance of creating policies that foster an environment that encourages emerging leadership.
  • Experience a renewal in their own leadership.
